Just as GAMA grew over the past 25 years, so did our corporate clients. We expanded our offices to numerous cities in the United States and firmly established new offices abroad. However, the volatile nature of the travel industry was not as conducive as some of our clients’ industries experiencing spikes in travel and growth to new regions of the world.
It was during a historic economic downturn that GAMA began building a strategic network of corporate travel agencies in order to continue serving our existing clients changing needs. Knowing these needs and high expectations for customer service, we worked tirelessly to build partnerships with well‐established corporate travel agencies that aligned not only with our clients’ needs, but also GAMA’s Core Principles.
During this ongoing evolution it was important for GAMA to remain the one point of contact, the one source for data collection and the one source for invoicing. The organic growth and development of this network easily produced its own name: the ONE Global Network.
Today, this network reflects a true “follow the sun operation” and consists of eight agencies, over 60 locations, 700 employees and more than $900 million in annual billings acting as ONE Global Network for our clients.
